Common use of Tax Regulations Clause in Contracts

Tax Regulations. Tax information relevant to the AIF is given in Art. 38 of the Trust Agreement. The investors and/or the AIF shall bear various costs and fees in connection with acquiring and holding units of the AIF and administering the AIF.
