Common use of Tax Planning Clause in Contracts

While Executive is employed by the Company hereunder, the Company shall reimburse Executive for reasonable fees and expenses of annual tax return preparation and planning by a nationally recognized accounting firm, subject to the Company's normal policies and procedures for verification and documentation.
