Common use of Tax Lot Clause in Contracts

Tax Lot. Mezzanine Lender shall have received a tax lot endorsement to the Title Policy or other evidence that each Individual Property constitutes one (1) or more separate tax lots, which endorsement or other evidence shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Mezzanine Lender;
