BILLS AND NOTICES 28. Except as otherwise in this lease provided, a bill, xxatement, notice or communication which Owner may desire or be required to give to Tenant, shall be deemed sufficiently given or rendered if, in writing, delivered to Tenant personally or sent by registered or certified mail addressed to Tenant at the building of which the demised premises form a part or at the last known residence address or business address of Tenant or left at any of the aforesaid premises addressed to Tenant, and the time of the rendition of such bill xx statement and of the giving of such notice or communication shall be deemed to be the time when the same is delivered to Tenant, mailed, or left at the premises as herein provided. Any notice by Tenant to Owner must be served by registered or certified mail addressed to Owner at the address first hereinabove given or at such other address as Owner shall designate by written notice.

Statements and Notices Statements and notices will be mailed or delivered to you at the appropriate address you have given the Credit Union. Notice sent to any one of you will be considered notice to all.
Accounting Records and Reports The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept proper books of record and accounts in which complete and correct entries shall be made of all transactions relating to the receipts, disbursements, allocation and application of the Revenues, and such books shall be available for inspection by the Authority at reasonable hours and under reasonable conditions. The Trustee shall provide to the Authority monthly statements covering the funds and accounts held pursuant to the Trust Agreement. Not more than one hundred eighty (180) days after the close of each Fiscal Year, the Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Authority a complete financial statement (which may be in the form of the Trustee’s customary account statements) covering receipts, disbursements, allocation and application of Revenues for such Fiscal Year. The Authority shall keep or cause to be kept such information as is required under the Tax Certificate.
ACCESS TO SECURITY LOGS AND REPORTS Upon request, the Contractor shall provide access to security logs and reports to the State or Authorized User in a format as specified in the Authorized User Agreement.
Approvals and Notifications To the extent that the transfer or assignment of any Asset, the assumption of any Liability, the Separation, or the Distributions require any Approvals or Notifications, the Parties shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to obtain or make such Approvals or Notifications as soon as reasonably practicable; provided, however, that, except to the extent expressly provided in this Agreement or any of the Ancillary Agreements or as otherwise agreed between UTC, Carrier and Otis, none of UTC, Carrier or Otis shall be obligated to contribute capital or pay any consideration in any form (including providing any letter of credit, guaranty or other financial accommodation or agreeing to amended contract terms) to any Person in order to obtain or make such Approvals or Notifications.

Reports and Notices a. The Custodian shall keep adequate records of transactions it is required to perform hereunder. After the close of each calendar year, the Custodian shall provide to the depositor or his or her legal representative a written report or reports reflecting the transactions effected by it during such year and the assets and liabilities of the custodial account at the close of the year.
Books, Records and Regulatory Filings (a) The Sub-Adviser agrees to maintain and to preserve for the applicable periods any such records as are required to be maintained by the Sub-Adviser with respect to the Fund by the 1940 Act and rules adopted thereunder, and by any other applicable laws, rules and regulations. The Sub-Adviser further agrees that all records that it maintains for the Fund are the property of the Fund and it will promptly surrender any of such records upon request; provided, however, that the Sub-Adviser may retain copies of such records for the applicable periods they are required by law to be retained, and thereafter shall destroy such records.
