Examples of Approvals and Notifications in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of all requisite Approvals and Notifications from Governmental Authorities and the occurrence of all other actions that permit the legal transfer of a Deferred SpinCo Local Business from a member of the Parent Group to a member of the SpinCo Group, the Parties shall promptly complete such transfer.

  • Approvals means the permits, clearances, licenses and consents as are listed in Schedule 3 hereto and any other statutory approvals.

  • Governmental Authorizations means, with respect to any Person, all licenses, permits, certificates, waivers, consents, franchises (including similar authorizations or permits), exemptions, variances, expirations and terminations of any waiting period requirements and other authorizations and approvals issued to such Person by or obtained by such Person from any Governmental Authority, or of which such Person has the benefit under any Applicable Law.

  • Gaming Approvals means with respect to any action by a particular Person, any consent, finding of suitability, license, approval or other authorization required for such action by such Person from a Gaming Authority or under Gaming Laws.
