The Company has not entered into or been a party to any scheme, arrangement or transaction designed wholly or mainly or containing steps or stages having no commercial purpose and designed wholly or mainly for the purpose of avoiding or deferring Taxation or reducing a liability to Taxation or amounts to be accounted for under the PAYE system.
