Task Product. Regardless of the development process selected, the Consultant shall submit to the Department a report that includes the following items: 1. Crash analysis a. Collision diagrams b. Crash summary sheets 2. Findings of crash analysis and field review a. Crash patterns to address b. Other safety concerns not supported by available crash data
