Task Order. Upon determination of a Project by the City, the Consulting Engineer/Architect shall provide a Scope for the Project, its associated fee and its duration. The Task Order shall be executed by the Consulting Engineer/Architect and either the City’s Director of Public Works, City Manager, or Mayor and shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
