Task Codes / Activity Codes. Each entry on the invoice must be appropriately coded using a task code and an activity code based on Citizens’ billing systems’ (Acuity’s) coding. A copy of the Acuity task and activity codes will be provided upon request and can be located in Acuity under the “Utility” tab.
