Common use of Task Administrator Clause in Contracts

Task Administrator. The E&CP is the task administrator for this Agreement. The Design Professional shall provide the Professional Services under the direction of a designated representative of the E&CP. The City's designated representative will communicate with the Design Professional on all matters related to the administration of this Agreement and the Design Professional's performance of the Professional Services rendered hereunder. When this Agreement refers to communications to or with the City, those communications will be with the designated representative, unless the designated representative or the Agreement specifies otherwise. Further, when this Agreement refers to an act or approval to be performed by the City, that act or approval shall be performed by the Mayor or designee, unless the Agreement specifies otherwise.
