Common use of Task Administrator Clause in Contracts

Task Administrator. The Community Services Department is the task administrator for this Agreement. The Consultant shall provide the Consulting Services under the direction of the Community Services Director or her designee (“the Director”). The Director will communicate with the Consultant on all matters related to the administration of this Agreement and the Consultant’s performance of the Consulting Services rendered hereunder. When this Agreement refers to communications to or with the City, those communications will be with the Director unless the Director or the Agreement specifies otherwise.
