Common use of TARIFF APPLICATION Clause in Contracts

TARIFF APPLICATION. SPP’s OATT shall apply to Transmission Service utilizing the West Facilities-UGP; except that ancillary services applicable only to the Balancing Authority Area(s) in the Western Interconnection shall be according to the Western Interconnection-related ancillary service schedules set forth in Exhibit #2 of this Second Amended Agreement. Western-UGP shall provide rate schedules including revenue requirements and/or rates to SPP for the WAUW-related ancillary services that Western-UGP, as the Balancing Authority, provides to SPP as the Transmission Provider, if it is capable of doing so. SPP shall provide ancillary services to a Transmission Customer with Transmission Service on the West Facilities-UGP located in the NWMT or WACM if such Transmission Customer does not obtain the necessary ancillary services directly from NorthWestern Energy or Western-RMR, as applicable, or self-supply such ancillary services.
