TARIFF APPLICATION. Both Parties acknowledge that the Service(s) provided may be subject, in whole or in part, to one or more provisions of state or federal tariffs. In the event of any conflict between any provision of this Agreement or any applicable SOF(s) and any such tariff(s), such tariff(s) will prevail.
