The Target Specifications clause defines the specific technical or performance criteria that a product, service, or deliverable must meet under the contract. It typically outlines measurable standards such as dimensions, tolerances, quality benchmarks, or functional requirements that the final output should achieve. Target Specifications. The target specifications described in Attachment I hereto shall be used to calculate the Penalty / Bonus Component described in the formula set forth in Clause 4.1 below (the “Target Specifications”).
