Target Dates. In the performance of Petroleum Operations under this Contract, on the condition that there are no unexpected hindrances or other problems, as well as assuming the successful conclusion of various agreements, most of which require the cooperation of Third Parties, and that the other items listed in this Article X below are accomplished in a timely manner, the Parties, acting in a spirit of good faith, mutual cooperation and reason and in accordance with good international Petroleum industry practice in conducting Petroleum Operations, anticipate that the following target dates may be achievable to implement the below-mentioned main stages of the project for the development of the Contract Area:

Target Dates. (a) Desirable Target Date for first silicon: January 1, 1995.
Target Dates. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in the Statement of Work, scheduled performance dates are Service Provider’s best estimates only, based on its experience.   • Effective Dates ‌ All provisions of this Agreement shall become effective July 1, 2019, and will remain in full force and effect through June 30, 2021.

  • Completion Dates The Recipient agrees to complete each Project within the time periods specified in the Underlying Agreement and all activities must be completed by the Award’s end date, unless FTA agrees in writing to extend the end date. Unless FTA determines otherwise in writing, interim milestone dates and other completion dates applicable to the Award are good faith estimates and are not intended to be firm contractual requirements. However, FTA and the Recipient agree that milestone dates and other completion dates for Full Funding Grant Agreements, Small Starts Grant Agreements or other specific agreements in which FTA expressly states that the milestone dates or other completion dates for the Underlying Agreement are firm dates that may be enforced.

  • Pay Dates Pay dates shall be on the fifteenth (15th) and the last day of each month.

  • Anniversary Dates Except as may otherwise be provided for in deep class resolutions, anniversary dates will be set as follows:

  • Multiple Closing Dates In the event the Corporation shall issue on more than one date Additional Shares of Common Stock that are a part of one transaction or a series of related transactions and that would result in an adjustment to the Conversion Price of any series of Preferred Stock pursuant to the terms of Subsection 5.4.4, and such issuance dates occur within a period of no more than ninety (90) days from the first such issuance to the final such issuance, then, upon the final such issuance, such Conversion Price shall be readjusted to give effect to all such issuances as if they occurred on the date of the first such issuance (and without giving effect to any additional adjustments as a result of any such subsequent issuances within such period).

  • Grace Periods The related Mortgage or Mortgage Note provides a grace period for Monthly Payments no longer than ten (10) days from the applicable Due Date.

  • Adjustment of Minimum Quarterly Distribution and Target Distribution Levels (a) The Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution, Third Target Distribution, Common Unit Arrearages and Cumulative Common Unit Arrearages shall be proportionately adjusted in the event of any distribution, combination or subdivision (whether effected by a distribution payable in Units or otherwise) of Units or other Partnership Securities in accordance with Section 5.10. In the event of a distribution of Available Cash that is deemed to be from Capital Surplus, the then applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, shall be adjusted proportionately downward to equal the product obtained by multiplying the otherwise applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, as the case may be, by a fraction of which the numerator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately after giving effect to such distribution and of which the denominator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately prior to giving effect to such distribution.

  • Payment Dates Interest accrued on each Loan shall be payable, without duplication:

  • Waiting Periods All applicable waiting periods, if any, under the HSR Act shall have expired or been terminated.

  • HSR Waiting Period If applicable, the waiting period under the HSR Act applicable to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall have expired or been terminated without any adverse condition attached thereto.
