Target Assets. 1.1 The sellers shall sell all of the assets listed in Annex 3 hereto (“Target Assets”) to the buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; 1.2 The buyer and the sellers will determine the final list of target assets by way of stock-taking.
