Common use of Tangible Items Clause in Contracts

Tangible Items. All files, records, documents, manuals, books, forms, reports, memoranda, studies, data, calculations, recordings, correspondence, in whatever form they may exist, and all copies, abstracts and summaries of the foregoing and all physical items related to the business of Company and its Affiliates, other than merely personal items, whether of a public nature or not, and whether prepared by Employee or not, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Company and its Affiliates and shall not be removed from their premises, except as required in the course of employment by Company or its Affiliates, without the prior written consent of Company, and the same shall be promptly returned by Employee on the termination of Employee’s employment with Company, its Affiliates or at any time prior thereto upon the request of Company.

Tangible Items. Such items shall be promptly returned by Employee Executive on the termination of Employee’s Executive's employment with Company, its Affiliates the Company or at any earlier time prior thereto upon the request of the Company.
