Common use of Tangible Embodiments Clause in Contracts

Tangible Embodiments. All Proprietary Information, including copies thereof, shall remain the property of originator and, except as specified in this Agreement, shall be immediately returned to originator (and not used for any purposes) upon request therefor or upon any termination of this Agreement, provided that one copy may be retained for legal purposes only. Each Party further agrees that all of its obligations undertaken pursuant to this Section 5 shall survive and continue after termination of this Agreement for any reason.
