Common use of Tangible Embodiments Clause in Contracts

Tangible Embodiments. Any and all written or tangible embodiments of information disclosed to PSW by CCSI hereunder shall be and remain the property of CCSI, and PSW agrees promptly to return such tangible embodiments, including any copy thereof, to CCSI upon termination of this Agreement.
