Tangible Embodiments. Any and all written or tangible embodiments of information disclosed to CLIENT by RESELLER hereunder shall be and remain the property of RESELLER, and CLIENT agrees promptly to return such tangible embodiments, including any copy thereof, to RESELLER upon termination of this Agreement.
