Tangible Elements. The Distributor shall have the obligation to return to the Supplier all the Supplier Technology and Products within the Distributor's possession, custody or control within thirty (30) days following written demand therefor by the Supplier and the Supplier shall pay the Distributor for such Products the amount paid by the Distributor to the Supplier for such Products. The Supplier shall only be required to pay the Distributor for such Products that are returned to the Supplier in the same condition as they were originally delivered to the Distributor;
