Takings, Loss Events, Etc. Notice of any (i) Taking or (ii) Event of Loss or other casualty, damage or loss to any Property of any Borrower Party, whether or not the relevant Property is insured, through fire, theft, other hazard or casualty, that could reasonably be expected to result in Loss Proceeds (or if uninsured would have reasonably been expected to result in Loss Proceeds if insured) in excess of $500,000 for any one casualty or loss or $1,500,000 in the aggregate in any calendar year.
