Taking of All or Substantially All of Premises. (a) If the whole or substantially all of the Premises shall be taken for any public or quasi-public purpose by any lawful power or authority by the exercise of the right of condemnation or eminent domain or by agreement among the FCRHA, Tenant and those authorized to exercise such right, this Lease and the Term shall terminate and expire on the date of such taking.
