Take No Action Sample Clauses
Take No Action. You are not obligated to take any action. If you do nothing, you will remain a member of the Settlement Class. You may or may not receive a settlement payment, depending upon your status as a current or former American Family policyholder. You will also release your potential claims against American Family and be bound by all orders and judgments of the Court.
Take No Action. In the event the practitioner's status as a member of the Medical or Allied Health Professional Staff or the practitioner's right to exercise his/her clinical privileges is adversely affected by any action taken pursuant to this policyand procedure, the practitioner may be entitled to exercise his/her right to a hearing pursuant to the Medical Staff Bylaws.
Take No Action. No party shall take any action that would, or is reasonably likely to, result in any of its representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement being untrue or in any of the conditions precedent set forth in Sections 12, 13 and 14 not being satisfied.
