AND WHEREAS while the said M/S BROADWAY REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED was absolutely seized and possessed in respect of the aforesaid 83 decimal, property conveyed, sold and transferred their entire property to M/S FAIRLAND DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED on 12/03/2008 which was registered in the office of the A.D.S.R- Bishnupur and duly recorded in Book no- I, Volume no- 1, Page no- 2864 to 2910, Deed no- 00201, for the Year- 2011. Dag- 782 WHEREAS one XXXXX XXXXXXX and XXXXX XXX @XXXXX XXXXXXX both sons of Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx was seized and possessed or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled as absolute owner of ALL THAT piece and parcel of land measuring 54 decimal more or less, lying and situated at Mouza- Daulatpur, X.X. no- 79, R.S Dag No- 782 corresponding to L.R. Dag no- 782, Police Station- Bishnupur, within District 24 Parganas (South). AND WHEREAS while the said XXXXX XXXXXXX and XXXXX XXX @XXXXX XXXXXXX was absolutely seized and possessed in respect of the aforesaid 54 decimal, property conveyed, sold and transferred his 27 decimal property to 1) XXXXX XXXXX XXXXXX, 2) XXXXX XXXXX XXXXXX, 3) XXXX XXXXX XXXXXX all sons of Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx on 10/06/1964 which was registered in the office of the A.D.S.R- Bishnupur and duly recorded in Book no- I, Volume no- 53, Page no- 274 to 276, Deed no- 5609, for the Year- 1964. Dag no- 782, Police Station- Bishnupur, within District 24 Parganas (South).
