Common use of Systems Clause in Contracts

Systems. Evidence, reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser, the Administrative Agent and each Funding Agent, that such additional Seller's systems, procedures and record keeping relating to the Receivables remain in all material respects sufficient and satisfactory in order to permit the purchase and administration of the Receivables in accordance with the terms and intent of this Agreement; and

Systems. Evidence, reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser, the Administrative Agent and each Funding Agent, that such additional Seller's systems, procedures and record keeping relating to the Receivables remain in all material respects sufficient and satisfactory in order to permit the purchase and administration of the Receivables in accordance with the terms and intent of this Agreement; and;

Systems. Evidence, reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser, Buyer and the Administrative Agent and each Funding Agent, that such additional Additional Seller's systems, procedures and record keeping relating to the its Receivables remain are in all material respects sufficient and satisfactory in order to permit the purchase and administration of such the Receivables in accordance with the terms and intent of this Agreement and the Servicing Agreement; and;

Systems. Evidence, reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser, the Administrative Agent and each Funding Agent, that such additional Seller's systems, procedures pro- cedures and record keeping relating to the Receivables remain in all material respects sufficient and satisfactory in order to permit the purchase and administration of the Receivables in accordance with the terms and intent of this Agreement; and;

Systems. Evidence, reasonably satisfactory to the PurchaserCompany, the Administrative Agent Trustee and each Funding Agentthe Agents, that such additional Seller's systems, procedures and record keeping relating to the Purchased Receivables remain in all material respects sufficient and satisfactory in order to permit the purchase and administration of the Purchased Receivables in accordance with the terms and intent of this Agreement; and.

Systems. Evidence, reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser, Purchaser and the Administrative Agent and each Funding Agent, that such additional Seller's ’s systems, procedures and record keeping relating to the Receivables remain in all material respects sufficient and satisfactory in order to permit the purchase and administration of the Receivables in accordance with the terms and intent of this Agreement; and;
