Systems Installation. Franchisor will provide to Franchisee the specifications for the Electronic Systems and other systems required to be utilized at the Restaurant. Franchisee must, at its expense: purchase or lease, install, maintain, and use at the Restaurant all Electronic Systems necessary for the proper and efficient utilization and operation of such systems.
