Common use of System Clause in Contracts

System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Customer with access to State Street's Multicurrency HORIZONSM Accounting System and the other information systems (collectively, the "System") as described in Attachment A, on a remote basis for the purpose of obtaining reports and information, solely on computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links as listed in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") of the Customer, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as investment advisors or investment managers of the Customer (the "Investment Advisor"), and solely with respect to the Customer or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration with State Street's written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this AddendumAgreement, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Customer with access to State Street's Multicurrency HORIZONSM HORIZON R Accounting System and the other information systems (collectively, the "System") as described in Attachment A, on a remote basis for the purpose of obtaining reports and informationreports, solely on computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links as listed in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") of the Customer, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as investment advisors or investment managers of the Customer (the each an "Investment Advisor"), ) as listed in Attachment C hereto and solely with respect to the Customer (the "Designated Configuration") or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration with State Street's written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
