Common use of System Clause in Contracts

System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Customer with access to State Street's Multicurrency HORIZON(SM) Accounting System and the other information systems (collectively, the "System") as described in Attachment A, on a remote basis for the purpose of obtaining reports and information, solely on computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links as agreed by the Customer and State Street (the "Designated Configuration") of the Customer, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as investment advisers or investment managers or in other service capacities to the Customer such as the Customer's independent auditors (each, an "Investment Adviser"), solely with respect to the Customer, or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration with State Street's written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Customer with access to State Street's Multicurrency HORIZON(SM) Accounting System and the other information systems (collectively, the "System") as described in Attachment A, on a remote basis for the purpose of obtaining reports and information, solely on computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links as agreed by the Customer and State Street listed in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") of the Customer, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as investment advisers advisors or investment managers or in other service capacities to the Customer such as the Customer's independent auditors (each, an "Investment AdviserAdvisor"), solely with respect to the Customer, or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration with State Street's written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this AgreementAddendum, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Customer with access to State Street's Multicurrency HORIZON(SM) HORIZON-SM- Accounting System and the other information systems (collectively, the "System") as described in Attachment A, on a remote basis for the purpose of obtaining reports and information, solely on computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links as agreed by the Customer and State Street listed in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") of the Customer, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as investment advisers advisors or investment managers or in other service capacities to the Customer such as the Customer's independent auditors (each, an "Investment AdviserAdvisor"), solely with respect to the Customer, or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration with State Street's written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Customer with access to State Street's ’s Multicurrency HORIZON(SM) HORIZONS” Accounting System and the other information systems (collectively, the "“System"”) as described in Attachment A, on a remote basis for the purpose of obtaining reports and information, solely on computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links as agreed by the Customer and State Street listed in Attachment B (the "“Designated Configuration"”) of the Customer, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as investment advisers advisors or investment managers or in other service capacities to the Customer such as the Customer's ’s independent auditors (each, an "“Investment Adviser"Advisor”), solely with respect to the Customer, or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration with State Street's ’s written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Customer with access to State Street's Multicurrency HORIZON(SM) HORIZON-SM- Accounting System and the other information systems (collectively, the "System") as described in Attachment A, on a remote basis for the purpose of obtaining reports and information, solely on computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links as agreed by the Customer and State Street (the "Designated Configuration") of the Customer, Customer (or certain third parties parties) approved by State Street that serve as investment advisers advisors or investment managers or in other service capacities to of the Customer or other third parties, such as the Customer's independent auditors auditors, which serve as service providers to the Customer (each, an "Investment AdviserAdvisor"), solely with respect to the Customer, Customer or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration with State Street's written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
