SYSTEM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The design of the Cable Communications System shall substantially conform to the specifications prepared by the Licensee, incorporated in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof. At all times throughout this Renewal License, the Licensee shall meet all applicable FCC and National Cable Television Association (NCTA) technical standards.
