System Reporting. Within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of each Contract Year, Licensee shall submit to Trustees audited reports related to Licensee’s financial performance and, in a format reasonably acceptable to Trustees, a summary of the System’s technical performance for that Contract Year, and cumulatively from the COD. Licensee shall provide an Energy Management Web Portal to Trustees to analyze performance of the system. The Energy Management Web Portal shall be compliant with Trustee’s IT security policy and standards in effect as of the Effective Date, as described in the Integrated State University Administrative Manual (ICSUAM) Section 8000. Licensee shall be deemed to have satisfied the delivery requirement for financial performance if the applicable report is publicly available on the SEC ▇▇▇▇▇ information retrieval system.
