System References. The system approved/accepted by the State of the Operator for the foreign air carrier must be described or referenced in A024. 1) Referencing pertinent sections of the foreign air carrier’s manual or other documents that describe the system used by the air carrier should complete A024. 2) When a single manual or document does not adequately describe a system, it may be appropriate to provide an additional narrative description of the system in additional text to complete A024. 3) When a narrative description (or outline) is used, it should be brief but provide sufficient clarifying information, describing the complete system for air ambulance operations.
