System Performance. Client and SunGard K-12 Education will work together to isolate performance bottlenecks, should they occur, and to identify whether they are related to the data communications link, the SunGard K-12 Education computer server, or the Client’s local network. SunGard K-12 Education will provide sufficient Internet access bandwidth and server capacity for the duration of this Agreement to meet the reasonable performance requirements of the number of concurrent system users provided for in this Agreement.
