Uncontrolled Shading Sample Clauses

Uncontrolled Shading. Trees, structures and other obstructions installed or permitted to grow on the Property or on neighboring properties may cause shading of Purchaser’s System, and such shading may be permitted by law and applicable rules and regulations. If this occurs, the generation of energy from Purchaser’s System will be reduced or eliminated. Seller makes no representation or warranty that any System installed on the Property will now or in the future be free from shading, and Seller has no control over whether shading restrictions exist on neighboring properties.
