System Operation and Access. Throughout the term of this Agreement, Vox Populi shall provide Registrar with access to the System to transmit domain name registration information for the Vox Populi TLDs to the System. Nothing in this Agreement entitles Registrar to enforce any agreement between either (a) Vox Populi and ICANN or (b) Vox Populi and any third-party registry services company.
