System Operation and Access. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, VNDS shall operate the System and provide Registrar with access to the System to transmit domain name registration information for the Registry TLD to the System.

Throughout the term of this Agreement, Verisign shall operate the System and provide Registrar with access to the System to transmit domain name registration information for the Registry TLD to the System. Nothing in this Agreement entitles Registrar to enforce any agreement between Verisign and ICANN.

Throughout the Term of this Agreement, NSI shall operate the System and provide Registrar with access to the System enabling Registrar to transmit domain name registration information for the .com, .org and .net TLDs to the System according to a protocol developed by NSI and known as the Registry Registrar Protocol ("RRP").

Throughout the term of this Agreement, Vox Populi shall provide Registrar with access to the System to transmit domain name registration information for the Vox Populi TLDs to the System. Nothing in this Agreement entitles Registrar to enforce any agreement between either (a) Vox Populi and ICANN or (b) Vox Populi and any third-party registry services company.

Throughout the Term of this Agreement, Registry shall operate the Registry System and provide Registrar with access to the Registry System enabling such Registrar to transmit domain name registration information for the TLD to the Registry System according to a protocol specified by Registry (the “Protocol”). Access to the Registry System is conditioned upon Registrar achieving and maintaining all technical and other certifications required by Registry from time to time.

SITA and Afilias shall operate and manage the System and shall use their reasonable endeavours to ensure that Registrar has access to the System enabling Registrar to transmit registration information for Domain Names to the System according to the .aero Registry Protocol.

Throughout the Term of this Agreement, Afilias shall operate the Registry System and provide Registrar with access to the Registry System enabling such Registrar to transmit domain name registration information for the ccTLD to the Registry System according to a protocol specified by Afilias (the “Protocol”). Access to the Registry System is conditioned upon Registrar achieving and maintaining all technical and other certifications required by Afilias and Registry.

Throughout the Term of this Agreement, VGRS shall operate the System and provide Registrar with access to the System enabling Registrar to transmit domain name registration information for the Registry TLD to the System according to a protocol developed by VGRS and known as the Registry Registrar Protocol (“RRP”).

MuseDoma, or its designee, shall operate and manage the System and shall use its reasonable efforts to ensure that Registrar has access to the System enabling Registrar to transmit registration information for Domain Names to the System according to the .museum Registry Protocol.
