System Manager. The System Manager (SM) is a full-time employee assigned to oversee management and O&M of user’s systems and operations. The SM will have responsibility for fulfillment of the responsibilities of the user to the overall System, and the System operations as defined through the SLA. The SM will be engaged in business, administrative and technical tasks. To successfully perform this role, the SM will be supported by the System Technologists/Technicians, and the user and vendor maintenance team, as required.
