Common use of System Integration Clause in Contracts

System Integration. From and after the date hereof, Jefferson shall cause Jefferson Federal Bank and its directors, officers and employees to, and shall make all commercially reasonable best efforts (without undue disruption to either business) to cause Jefferson Federal Bank's data processing consultants and software providers to, cooperate and assist Jefferson Federal Bank and HomeTrust Bank in connection with the planned electronic and systematic conversion of all applicable data of Jefferson Federal Bank to the HomeTrust Bank system to occur after the Effective Time, including the training of Jefferson Federal Bank employees without undue disruption to Jefferson Federal Bank's business, during normal business hours and at the expense of HomeTrust or HomeTrust Bank (not to include Jefferson Federal Bank's employee payroll).
