System Integration. HS2 Ltd shall ensure that the Railway is developed in such a manner that all of its constituent elements (including infrastructure, rolling stock, railway systems, operation and maintenance facilities and power to supply all of the foregoing) integrate fully together in order to achieve full integrated functionality.
