System Fuel Clause Samples
The 'System Fuel' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the supply and management of fuel required for the operation of a system, such as a power generation facility or industrial equipment. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for procuring, delivering, and maintaining adequate fuel supplies, and may outline quality standards, delivery schedules, and storage requirements. By clearly allocating duties and expectations regarding fuel provision, the clause helps prevent operational disruptions and disputes over fuel shortages or quality, ensuring the system runs efficiently and reliably.
