Common use of Sysdig Technology Clause in Contracts

Sysdig Technology. The Services, Introductory SaaS Service, Beta Releases, Documentation, including all copies and portions thereof, and all intellectual property rights therein, including, but not limited to derivative works, deliverables, Updates, enhancements and modifications therefrom (“Sysdig Technology”), shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Sysdig.
