Common use of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent. The Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent shall have no duties, obligations, or liabilities hereunder or in connection herewith in their capacities as Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent.

The Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent Agent, in their respective capacities as syndication agent and documentation agent, shall have no duties, obligations, duties or responsibilities and no liabilities hereunder under this Agreement or in connection herewith in their capacities as Syndication Agent and Documentation Agentany other Loan Documents.
