Switching Sheets Clause Samples
The "Switching Sheets" clause allows parties to substitute or update specific schedules, exhibits, or annexes attached to the main agreement. In practice, this means that if the details in a referenced document—such as pricing tables, technical specifications, or delivery schedules—need to be changed, the parties can formally replace the old version with a new one without renegotiating the entire contract. This clause streamlines the process of making targeted updates, ensuring the contract remains current and relevant while minimizing administrative burden and reducing the risk of disputes over outdated information.
