Suspension or Modification of Obligations. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the Agent shall be entitled to suspend or modify its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that such obligations are affected by the Force Majeure Event. The Agent shall use its best efforts to resume its obligations as soon as reasonably practicable after the cessation or alleviation of the Force Majeure Event.
