Suspension of the AECS. 6.1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the AECS Agreement, we will have the right to suspend the AECS immediately by notice in writing, if the Contracting Retailer has not paid to us any sum it must pay us under the Contract on or before the due date. If we suspend the Agreed AECS in accordance with this paragraph, the provisions of the Contract relating to Eligible Credit Support shall apply without the Agreed AECS.
