Suspension of Delivery. Power Producer shall be entitled to suspend delivery of electricity from the System to the Delivery Point for the purpose of maintaining and repairing the System upon giving one week's advance written notice to the Purchaser except in the case 'of emergency repairs. Such suspension of Service shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement provided that the Power Producer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any 'interruption in service to the Purchaser. However, any preventive maintenance shall be done only during the period when plant is not generating.
