Suspension, Debarment, and Lobbying Sample Clauses
Suspension, Debarment, and Lobbying. The Contractor shall certify, on a separate form (Attachment D), that it is not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any Federal department or agency. Also, the Contractor, on a separate form (Attachment E), will certify that it does not use Federal funds for lobbying purposes. Both forms are attached to this Contract.
