Suspension, Debarment, and Lobbying Sample Clauses

Suspension, Debarment, and Lobbying. The Contractor shall certify, on a separate for (Attachment E), that it is not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any Federal department or agency. Contractor shall actively monitor its employees for excluded status in accordance with SBHASO Policies and Procedures. The Contractor, on a separate form (Attachment F), will certify that it does not use Federal funds for lobbying purposes.
