Common use of Surviving Obligations Clause in Contracts

Surviving Obligations. The following provisions of this Agreement, together with all other provisions of this Agreement that expressly specify that they survive, shall survive expiration and termination of this Agreement, in part or in its entirety: Section 2.04, Section 5.01, this Section 8.02, and Articles III, VI, VII and IX.

Surviving Obligations. Article 4 will also survive to the extent Stealth remains obligated to make Success Payments pursuant to Sections 10.3.1, 10.3.3, 10.3.4 or 10.3.6 after termination of the Agreement.

Surviving Obligations. The following provisions shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement for a period of time specified therein, or if not specified, then they shall survive indefinitely: Articles 1, 7, 9 (solely as to actions arising during the term of this Agreement or in the course of a Party’s exercise of licenses it retains after the term of this Agreement), together with all other provisions of this Agreement that expressly specify that they survive, shall survive expiration and termination of this Agreement, in part or in its entirety: Section 2.04, Section 5.01, this Section 8.0211, and Articles III12, VIand Sections 5.4, VII 5.5, 6.1, 10.4, and IX10.5.
