Survive Termination. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or implied by Applicable Law to the contrary, the agreements of Company set forth in subsections 2.6, 12.2, 12.3, 12.18 and 12.19 and the agreements of Lenders set forth in subsections 11.2C, 11.4, 12.5, 12.19 and 12.20 shall survive the payment of the Loans, the cancellation or expiration of the Letters of Credit and the reimbursement of any amounts drawn thereunder, and the termination of this Agreement.
