Common use of Survive Termination Clause in Contracts

Survive Termination. Notwithstanding Section 5.07 hereof, the provisions of this Article shall survive payment in full of the 2022 Purchase Payments and the 2022 Bonds, the termination of the Indenture and the termination of this Installment Purchase Agreement and the resignation or removal of the Trustee.

Survive Termination. Notwithstanding Section 5.07 4.7 hereof, the provisions of this Article and Section 4.3(a)(iii) shall survive payment in full of the 2022 Purchase Payments and the 2022 Bonds, the termination of the Indenture and Indenture, the termination of this Installment Purchase Agreement and the resignation or removal of the Trustee.

Notwithstanding Section 5.07 hereof, the provisions of this Article shall survive payment in full of the 2022 2015-A Purchase Payments (Second Lien Qualified Obligations) and the 2022 2015-A Bonds, the termination of the Indenture and the termination of this Installment Purchase Agreement and the resignation or removal of the Trustee.

Notwithstanding Section 5.07 4.7 hereof, the provisions of this Article and Section 4.3(a)(iii) shall survive payment in full of the 2022 2020 Purchase Payments and the 2022 2020 Bonds, the termination of the Indenture and Indenture, the termination of this Installment Purchase Agreement and the resignation or removal of the Trustee.

Survive Termination. Notwithstanding Section 5.07 hereof, the provisions of this Article shall survive payment in full of the 2022 2014-A Purchase Payments and the 2022 2014-A Bonds, the termination of the Indenture and the termination of this Installment Purchase Agreement and the resignation or removal of the Trustee.
